Even Saab in conditions on the brink of death earlier this month, Saab saga is still far from completion. Blowing news that General Motors (GM) has extended the time for tengat Saab sales from December 31, 2009 to January 7 this year, while Saab himself, was getting ready to start again next produksinyabulan.

Saab will soon be scheduled to start production of new new sedan model in the near future 9-5, while 9-3 fulfill current model. And the latest news states that the Saab 9-5 models will be taken by Buick, a GM subsidiary.

"We still have to order our usual between. The factory should resume operations" said Saab spokesman Eric Geers told Reuters.

Saab parties are preparing the worst, and run the wind-down process (reducing all stages of activity prior to closing operations) at the headquarters and production center in Trollhatten, Sweden. GM's decision to extend the deadline and the new interest of potential buyers Saab has raised hopes that the Saab brand will survive.

"We are currently preparing the wind-down process, and at the same time we are open to various options on offer that comes. Therefore GM (temporarily) remove the deadline," said Geers.

Cars Spyker CEO Victor Muller hope that their last bid was approved for the control of Sweden's oldest car company is. Muller said that Spyker is not the only one to bid for ownership of Saab, but only identified Spyker.
